I'm proud to present the pilot episode of THE PARALLAX PODCAST, a new show featuring Luke Buckmaster,
Zak Hepburn and some guy who disagrees with everyone.
We'll be working to present you with a new show every fortnight featuring discussion revolving around the latest cinema and DVD releases. Every episode will also feature a pick from the cult cache of our favourite film freak, Zak Hepburn. There will be tangents.
On this premiere episode we look at Liam Neeson's man versus wolves thriller, THE GREY; Oscar frontrunner and sufferer of cute-dog-syndrome, THE ARTIST; Out on DVD we find Miranda July's latest hipster odyssey, THE FUTURE leads into a conversation about sandwiches and the long delayed THE HUMAN CENTIPEDE 2 causes us to hypothesise over what the next sequel could possibly contain. Zak also sets the bar with his first cult pick, resulting in a discussion about 'vomit eels' and Luke's ex-girlfriend.

Here is a little video I made counting down my favorite films of 2011. Grab a drink, put your feet up and enjoy. Hopefully I caught the tone of each film. A few days after this is posted my full write up plus some extra favorites should be found somewhere on this site.
